Meet Anya

Co-founder of Head office hair salon 

I started my hair journey when I was a teenager helping my aunt at her salon in Ukraine. After completing formal training in 2003, I moved to Dubai where I was fortunate to work with L'Oreal and Tony and Guy educators on the salon floor and backstage for local TV and fashion shows.

Since moving to Canada in 2014 , I have advanced my training with Aveda and have learned how to cut curly hair, respecting its natural texture and movement.

​

My specialties are colour, especially low maintenance lived- in blondes, curly hair ( up to 3C), modern freehand shags, tousled bobs and pixies.

​

I always want to hear about your lifestyle and routine to give you a haircut and colour that is perfect for your personal style. Of course I will send you home with lots of styling tips and after care advice.

When I am not behind the chair, I love being outdoors skiing or swimming with my kids and our noisy beagle

I started doing hair in 1995  in Croatia, then moved to London UK to study at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, where I focused on precision cutting and advanced coloring techniques.

After moving to Canada in 2013, I continued expanding my education and naturally found my passion in curly hair. I now specialize in cutting and styling curl types 2A–3C and work exclusively with women, offering curly cuts and dimensional color services like balayage, babylights, and classic highlights.

My style is modern classic. I tend to do more soft, natural looks .
